Jeff Mannix

Jeff Mannix started his career with Cheetham + Rattan Architectural Services in North Battleford, and was part of the amalgamated team when the two firms came together in 1997. Jeff is a Professional Engineer, and has built extensive expertise with various projects throughout Canada in building technology and project management to complement his Structural Engineering background. Jeff integrates sustainable design practice into his work having managed the CBIP process for some of the first CBIP Acredited projects in the province projects. Jeff continues to be a local presencein the Battlefords, providing local project services to his home community while integrating his skills into our Team.

Jeff is a hub of building technology expertise for the firm. His education as an engineer as well as his experience with construction documentation, contract administration and site reviews have built a wealth of knowledge about the way buildings go together. By integrating this with sustainable design practice, Jeff helps ensure that the design solution is integrated with sound building technology and practical 'green' practice. He recently completed formal construction administration training to add to his years of practical experience, and has completed all the requirements to be a Certified Construction Contract Administrator. His solutions have their foundation in local tradition, and are enriched by the best of his experience in building practice across Canada.
