Starting in 1995, our firm was retained to undertake a comprehensive, staged development project for Ag Canada. Starting with a planning and feasibility study, our firm worked to identify and understand the facility and program requirements for each portion of the research facility in order to develop an integrated and staged process for building the facility 'from the ground up'.
