Innovative Quality Management requires integration from the beginning, and at every step along the way. All parties must understand goals and objectives. The process for checking the project against those goals and objectives must be undertaken throughout the project. Human error is inevitable, but Quality Management establishes checks, verification and review to catch human error before it is a problem.
